1. Purpose of Service
   The Dear Zodiac Hotline delivers personalized astrological insights with a side of playful banter. Content is for entertainment purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional advice (unless the stars tell you otherwise, of course).

2. Subscription Details
   By subscribing, you gain access to cosmic updates tailored to your zodiac sign. Billing occurs monthly, or according to the plan you select, and payments are processed automatically via Stripe. Cancel anytime, but note that refunds are not available for partial months or unused time.

3. SMS Messaging Permissions
   By subscribing to the Dear Zodiac Hotline, you agree to receive SMS messages from us, including astrological insights, updates, and special offers, directly to your phone. Message frequency may vary based on your subscription plan and preferences. Standard messaging and data rates may apply.

   You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message. Upon receiving your opt-out request, we will immediately stop sending messages to your number. If you wish to resubscribe, simply follow the instructions provided in our messages or contact us for assistance.

4. 1:1 Messaging
   Subscribers on plans that include 1:1 messaging are entitled to a minimum of three questions per month, which will receive responses from the Dear Zodiac Hotline. Additional questions may be answered at our discretion. All submitted questions must be appropriate in nature.

   Inappropriate questions will not be answered, and repeated inappropriate behavior or abuse of this feature may result in the immediate cancellation of your subscription without notice and at the sole discretion of the Dear Zodiac Hotline. No refunds will be issued for cancellations resulting from violations of these guidelines.

5. Privacy Matters
   Your personal information is handled with care. We value your trust and will not share or sell your details to third parties (even if Venus in Scorpio demands it). All information collected is confidential and used solely for providing you with an exceptional astrological experience. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

6. Service Interruptions
   While we aim to deliver your updates promptly, unexpected delays due to technical issues or astrological chaos may occur. We appreciate your patience when Mercury retrograde meddles with our systems.

7. No Refunds Policy
   Once billed, payments are non-refundable. Subscribing is a cosmic commitment; make sure you're ready for the sass before you hit “subscribe.”

8. Code of Conduct
   We maintain a positive and respectful environment. Any form of harassment, abusive language, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate cancellation of your subscription without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability
   The Dear Zodiac Hotline is not responsible for decisions made based on astrological insights provided. Our horoscopes are for entertainment purposes only and should not be construed official guidance. Remember, you hold the power of free will (even if the stars throw in a little drama).

10. Changes to Terms
    These terms may be updated periodically to align with our evolving cosmic offerings. Subscribers will be notified of any significant changes.
